Privacy Policy
This is an English translation of our Danish privacy policy at setlive.co/privatlivspolitik. If the two versions differ, the Danish version applies.
Who we are
Setlive, Danish company registration (CVR) no. 44294672, Landsdommervej 33, 4. th., 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have any questions, write to hej@setlive.co.
What data we process and why
When you visit the website
- Country. The site looks up your country from your IP address to show prices in the right currency and choose the language. The lookup takes place at our hosting provider, and we do not store your IP address.
- Chosen currency. If you change the currency yourself, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. This information is not sent to us.
- Statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they view, which page they came from, their country, their browser type and how quickly the site loads. No cookies are used, nothing is stored in your browser, and you are not tracked from page to page or from visit to visit. Visitors from the EU are not measured.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us
Name, email, phone number, company name and website, your country, and the content of your message. We use this information to reply to you, make a draft and give you a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
When you are a customer
Contact details, the content of the agreement, correspondence, invoices and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see your card number.
Legal basis: performance of the agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) and the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
When we contact your business
We reach out to businesses that we think could benefit from our services. For this, we use the business's name, industry and website, the contact details the business has published itself, and the name and job title of a contact person if these are available.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in marketing our services to other businesses (Article 6(1)(f)). You can say no at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying to the email. We will then not contact you again and will keep only what is needed to respect your opt-out.
Who we share data with
We use these providers, which process data on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting of the website, DNS, visitor statistics and storage of messages from the forms until we have collected them (at most 60 days) | EU and global network |
| Zoho Mail | EU data center | |
| Web3Forms | Sends messages from the website's forms to our inbox | USA |
| Stripe | Payments | EU and USA |
| Dinero | Bookkeeping and invoicing | Denmark |
When data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep data
- Inquiries that do not lead to an agreement: 12 months after the last contact.
- Customer data and correspondence: for as long as the customer relationship lasts and 3 years after that.
- Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
- Data about businesses we have contacted without getting a reply: 12 months after we last contacted them.
- Opt-outs: kept for as long as we send outreach emails, so you are not contacted again.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object to the processing and to receive your data in a commonly used format. You can always object to our use of your data for direct marketing.
Write to hej@setlive.co. We reply within one month.
